Favorite Food: Big juicy steak, country ham & biscuit.
Favorite Vaction Spot: The week we spend at the National Quartet Convention.
Hobbies: Reading my Bible, Watching old Western's on TV.
Biography: I was born to Sherman & Mary Hurt. I have one sister, Peggy France & one brother Jim Hurt. My parents sang gospel music for as long as I can remember until they could no longer travel. They were known as the Grace Union Quartet. The quartet was known for locally for their weekly Sunday morning radio show on WAIN in Columbia, KY. They hosted the radio show for more than 20 years.
Although I was in church every weekend I didn't always live a Christian life. Patty & I met in high school & in order for us to date I had to go to church with her whenever she went. I was saved on a date with her. Patty & I were married after high school & moved to Louisville, KY where we lived for 2 years before returning home. I had no plans to follow in my parents footsteps, but the Lord had a different plan for my life. We began singing as a result of a revial at our local church more than 30 years ago and have found no place to stop. I was called to preach several years into our ministry. Although I have had many trials & health problems over the years, the Lord has been faithful to allow me to continue singing & preaching to spread His word to lost and hurting souls.

                      talk about my Lord Jesus Christ.
Favorite Resturant: Lighthouse Restaurant
Favorite Food: I love to eat all kinds of seafood.
Favorite Vaction Spot: Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg, TN
Hobbies: Reading my bible and I'm not an artist, but love to paint.
Biography: I was born to my parents Raymond & Betty Bitner. I have one sister Gloria. I was rasied on our family farm in Summer Shade, KY. We lived next door to my grandparents while I was growing up and now Jack and I live next door to my parents.
              Jack and I were married after I graduated from high school and right away moved to Louisville where I attended beauty college. We lived in Louisville for 2 years until I graduated and moved back to Edmonton. I went to work at Fanny's Beauty Salon where I worked over 30 years. I eventually became the owner of the salon that over the years changed locations & became known as New Image Salon.   I retired from hairdressing after a car accident in 2000.
              I was saved at a young age and attended a country church with my mother & sister every time the doors were open. My mother always made sure that we were in church any time there was an opportunity. My life has always been centered around church and continues to be today as I try to fullfill my part of our singing ministry. I am grateful that the Lord has allowed me to travel for much of my life with my husband and family singing His Word.
